Pivot Support Services Update

We’re excited to share a new leadership structure designed to strengthen collaboration and advance our mission. Kelly Martin and Guillaume Tollec have been appointed as Co-Managers, working closely with CEO Moira Watson and the broader Pivot team to deliver excellence in community services.

This collaborative, strength-based model ensures strong leadership and a shared commitment to quality care and innovation.
Kelly and Guillaume are currently reviewing program delivery models and implementing quality improvements to better serve the people who need it most, our community.

And because every great partnership starts with a little fun, here’s a peek behind the scenes:

Our first “dispute resolution” wasn’t about policy, it was about the fridge! Guillaume walked in and said, “Someone keeps changing the fridge setting.” Kelly replied, “I know, it’s me, and someone keeps changing it back!” Kelly argued the food was freezing, while Guillaume insisted the fridge was too warm. So yes, the first co-manager debate was over food. (Don’t worry, they resolved it… eventually!)

A conglomerate of Albany’s service groups donated eight backpack beds to be handed out to those experiencing homelessness last week, after raising the funds to purchase them in a sausage sizzle.

We have been working behind the scenes on revising forms and processes. You may have noticed this in the NDIS space, as we work to strengthen our service and ensure the highest quality of care as a registered provider. Watch this space for more updates.

Happy Allied Health Professionals Day!

Today we celebrate the incredible work of our multidisciplinary team, united by a common goal: Building better communities by promoting the health and wellbeing of our clients.

As we mark this special day, we also share a heartfelt farewell to Sheriann, our wonderful Occupational Therapist. Sheriann’s OT referrals are now closed as she prepares to leave Pivot Support Services. While we will no longer be providing OT services, we are deeply grateful for the care, dedication, and impact Sheriann has made during her time with us.

To honour both Allied Health Day and Sheriann’s contribution, we’re sharing a group photo of some of our amazing team, a true reflection of collaboration, compassion, and commitment.
