Friday was my last day of trading. 🔥 We celebrated with Jackie, my beautiful client and friend, who was my last appointment of the day, my daughter Emma, and Tanya, who is now the proud owner of the Cocoon Red Wellness Pro. We also had a gate-crasher, it’s just as well I had another wine glass! Unbeknown to me, Kylie, my gorgeous friend and former neighbour, had been scheming with Emma to surprise me with a visit on my last day.❤

Kylie, bless her, was on hand to help me pack up my business premises over the weekend, a very difficult and emotional task.❤

The last few days have been an emotional roller coaster. I am very blessed to have introduced Cocoon infrared therapy to so many wonderful people, who warmly embraced it (pardon the pun) after experiencing many health and wellness benefits from their sessions, and spread the word. 🔥🙏 I can’t thank you all enough for your support, your trust, so many enlightening conversations and laughs, and your friendship.🙏❤

Sadly, I have made the difficult decision to cease trading at the end of June. 😢

It was not an easy choice to make, however it feels right and I am in need of some downtime. I intend to go and visit my family in England as soon as possible. This is a priority for me as my 2020 travel plans were thwarted by the Covid lockdowns.🙂

I’m very proud of my infrared Cocoon, and this little business I created, with the help of my daughter, Emma in the early stages. The Cocoon Red Wellness Pro has served Albany well over the 5 years Infrared Wellness has been operating. The return clients and many referrals are testament to that. Cocoon infrared therapy has helped many people, offering much relief to those with chronic inflammatory conditions, and has also been the go-to routine for self-care and relaxation for many. 🔥

Running a business has its challenges and there were plenty of highs and lows along the way. The biggest highlight for me is my beautiful clients, some of whom have become dear friends. Over the past five years we have enjoyed a lot of banter, laughter and shed the odd tear. I will miss you all and will be eternally grateful for your support. Thank you!!❤
