These sessions begin with my hands simply resting on the side of your head. During this time I will receive messages from your spirit guides that can bring so much healing in itself.

I am then guided as to which crystals to use and I will share with you why spirit has chosen these particular crystals.
Some crystals are placed on the body while others will surround the body 💖

Then the Reiki begins (well the Reiki actually begins at the beginning of the session) 🥰
Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing where the hands are placed on the body. Reiki is perfect for the physical , emotional , mental and spiritual.
I will also clear the chakras and do a clearing to remove any energies or entities that aren’t yours during this time 😍

Sound healing, which is also an ancient form of healing, creates vibrations which travel through the body promoting circulation, energy flow, and rejuvenation. The frequency of the sound synchronizes with the brainwaves and activates destress responses in the body.

At the end of the hour, the crystals are quietly removed while you continue to enjoy the peace 💜

Over the years I’ve had many people ask during conversation “what is it that you do?”🤔

I never quite know exactly how to answer this question as there is so much that I do. I often find myself answering with “I’m a holistic health practitioner” .. which really doesn’t explain a lot 🥴

I am very “human” but I am also very spiritual. I communicate with spirit where I see, hear, feel, smell and know. I’m very much guided when I’m working with my clients to help them to heal and reach their true potential.

🌟🌟🌟 REIKI 2 WORKSHOP 🌟🌟🌟

I will be holding a Reiki 2 workshop on Sunday 16th March 😍

Reiki 2 is where you will learn the art of distant Reiki healing, receive more attunments, learn how to ground and shield yourself plus be guided through a beautiful meditation plus more. 💫✨

The full day workshop (9-5) includes morning and afternoon tea, manual, certificate plus more💕

In the work that I do I see many clients that are going through grief 💔 There have been times when I wished that I had the knowledge to help them on another level to what I already do.
This has lead me to begin my study to become a qualified Grief Coach.
Grief is a journey in itself and my goal is to help make the healing journey easier for my clients 💞❤️‍🩹

I received this beautiful lucky bamboo from Chris at Holistic Health, Body, Mind and Spirit this week. It's thanks to Chris that I learned Reiki as I completed my Reiki I, II and Masters training with her. Her classes are well prepared and she is patient, compassionate and kind. As well as Reiki, Chris also offers psychic readings, crystal healings, hypnotherapy and timeline therapy as well as other wonderful services. I highly recommend booking an appointment with her 🌻

I’ve had the privilege of seeing so many clients already this year and I absolutely love that I’m a part of their self care 🥰
Over the years (and the older I get 😉🥴) I’ve realised the importance of self care. For me it creates balance and allows me to give 110% to my beautiful clients 💝 Nobody can pour out of an empty cup.

This week I’ve had an amazing deep tissue massage by Sam at Rejuvenate Massage and Skin Therapy. I always love Sam’s massages as she knows exactly what my body needs 🙏
I also took the opportunity to have a reflexology session and an Indian head massage from Becki at Holistic Spirit Therapies. I’m sure I floated out of Becki’s treatment room 💗
