Sound healing feels mystical… but it’s also backed by science.

Quartz crystal singing bowls work through vibration + frequency. Because our bodies are mostly water, sound travels through us easily, helping shift the nervous system from fight or flight → into rest + repair.

Research published in Frontiers in Psychology found singing bowl meditation significantly reduced tension, anxiety and improved mood.

These sounds can guide the brain into slower alpha + theta states linked to deep rest, meditation and emotional regulation (supported by research from the National Institutes of Health).

So yes… it feels magical ✨
