We know that the cost of living is affecting many people right now, and accessing mental health care can sometimes feel like just another financial pressure.

With that in mind, our women's mental and sexual health therapist, Bronwyn Cutler, has made the thoughtful decision to reduce her consultation fee to $190 per session.

Bronwyn is deeply committed to supporting people through sexual health concerns, later-life transitions and the often-complex journey of menopause. She hopes this change will make it a little easier for those who may benefit from specialised care to access support.

If you or someone you know could benefit from compassionate, experienced support in these areas, we’d love to help. Please feel free to get in touch to learn more or to book an appointment.

We’re delighted that Bronwyn Cutler, our S*xual Health & Menopause Therapist, had the opportunity to speak at the Breakfast Education Series: S*x for Breakfast on Friday 20 February 2026.

Bronwyn joined Women’s Health Physiotherapist Leonie Mills for an engaging and informative session exploring women’s mental health, sexual health, perimenopause and menopause.

Together, they highlighted the significant impact menopause can have on mental and sexual well being — including anxiety, mood changes, fatigue and irritability — and the importance of understanding these connections to better support women through this life stage. Bronwyn shared how Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) can be integrated into a biopsychosocial treatment plan, offering practical, evidence-based strategies to help manage symptoms.

The session also explored the vital role of pelvic health physiotherapy in addressing pelvic pain and sexual dysfunction, the complexities that contribute to these concerns, and the importance of collaborative, holistic care when supporting women.

We’re so proud to see Bronwyn contributing her expertise to such important conversations and helping improve outcomes for women in our community!!
