Poor posture and desk setup can contribute to headaches and jaw pain. Here are some guidelines to help correct your posture whilst sitting:
• Sit with a tall upright posture.
• Remove arm rests that prevent your ability to tuck in under the desk.
• The top of the monitor should be at eye level.
• Knees bent to a 90° angle.
• Keep your elbows bent at a 90° angle.
• Whilst using the mouse your elbow needs to stay tucked into your body.
• Remember to take breaks.
