Dr Deborah Arguedas - Clinical Neuropsychologist from Nepean Neuropsychological Services provides assessments from our rooms in Crawley House Hobart & Launceston.

Assessment services include:
- Clinical Neuropsychological Assessments - stroke, hypoxia, neurotoxicity, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis and other conditions such as traumatic brain injury (TBI), dementia, and substance abuse.
- Autism in adults and adolescents
- Learning Disorders in adults and adolescents
- Neuropsychological Assessments for Insurance and Medico-legal

Face-to-face appointments will be conducted at:

Jared (He/Him) is a Provisional Psychologist based at The Crawley Clinic in Melbourne. He has completed a Master of Professional Psychology and is currently pursuing his Master of Clinical Psychology. With a strong foundation in psychological practice, Jared brings valuable experience supporting older teens and adults facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, disordered eating, and neurodevelopmental disorders.

Jared is passionate about working with LGBTQ+ clients and addressing concerns related to body image, self-esteem, and confidence building. He also provides support for those navigating general life stress and transitions. His therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), tailoring treatment to meet the unique needs of each individual.

Outside of his professional life, Jared enjoys traveling, reading, playing the piano, and tennis. Jared is also a small business owner of an e-commerce company.
Jared is available for appointments in our Melbourne office and via telehealth Australia-wide.

Patricia of Gallagher Psychology has over 13 years of clinical experience and uses her personal experiences and stories as the inspiration for her practice. Patricia is a kind, warm, compassionate and skilled client-centred psychologist, using her skills to achieve the best possible goals for her clients.

Patricia has particular interest in working with those overcoming family and domestic violence and associated trauma, as well as those overcoming bullying and childhood trauma, in addition to improving confidence and mindset. She is an EMDR accredited practitioner and board approved supervisor.

Meet the Team - Carsten ⭐️Carsten (He/Him) is a Psychologist with a Masters in Professional Psychology from Australia Catholic University.

Carsten has extensive experience working with individuals with diverse needs. While studying Psychology, he worked as a disability support worker, where he enjoyed helping with practical daily needs like social and community access, personal care, and daily living tasks, in addition to utilising his mental health training to provide emotional support. Carsten completed his psychology internship as a Provisional Psychologist and a Behaviour Support Practitioner, working with and assisting neurodivergent participants.

Carsten enjoys working with adults seeking healing, change, or growth, as well as those with neurodivergent traits. He also has a strong interest in men’s mental health and is passionate about helping ‘cycle breakers’ across generations who aim to positively impact patterns of fatherhood and childhood development for improved mental health.

Carsten has experience in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and adopts a humanistic approach that reflects his own personality, bringing a genuine and empathetic perspective to therapy.

Carsten loves spending time with his family and his dog Arlo (Border Collie x Kelpie). He enjoys camping, travelling and hiking, particularly in places of historical or ancestral significance. Carsten also has a love for music - he plays the drums and taught himself the basics of guitar. Carsten enjoys social gaming and movies with friends and family, particularly those with medieval fantasy themes, and is also interested in learning ‘lost skills’ like leatherworking or herbalism.

Carsten is based in Melbourne and has availability for face-to-face sessions in Albert Park or telehealth appointments.

Crawley House Hobart is located in Salamanca Place and is home to The Crawley Clinic Southern Outreach Team, as well as Spencer Health and Nepean Neuropsychological Services.

Crawley House Melbourne is located in Albert Park and is home to The Crawley Clinic's Melbourne team, Enhance Life Psychology, Gallagher Psychology and Spencer Health.

Michelle (She/Her) is a Registered Psychologist at The Crawley Clinic. Michelle has a Masters in professional psychology from La Trobe University and a Masters in Counselling and Psychotherapy from the Applied College of Professionals. Michelle has 15 years’ experience working in a Government State Secondary School as an Integration Aide supporting students with disabilities and learning difficulties and has volunteered with Griefline to support adults experiencing loss and grief.

Michelle enjoys working with a diverse range of ages (from childhood through to older adulthood) to support them to develop a greater understanding of themselves and their strengths and challenges, so that they can live their best life.
She has a personal interest in Neurodiversity and Disability.

Michelle uses a person-centred approach and incorporates modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness practices.

In her free time Michelle enjoys spending time with her friends and family, watching movies, reading books, and watching her son play wheelchair basketball.
