Lovely message from a client who was 39weeks pregnant with her second baby. She wanted some Internal pelvic release due to some previous birth trauma and also to prepare for this next birth. So glad to have been able to offer her some relief in the moment and a newfound confidence in her body. I wish every pregnant mumma knew about the benefits of this work. I was called out last minute to a birth of a good friend who happened to catch me between holidays. It was such a special birth and this was my little thankyou!! She was amazing and made it a quick birth! Such a special part of my job.

We spend so much on other days of significance but labour and birth is often overlooked. Let’s change that to feel prepared, knowledgable and excited for one of THE biggest days of your life!
