A wonderful new GP will be joining our medical practice from February 2026!

We welcome Dr. Aniefiok Ufot to the TSMP team and are excited to have her on board.

Dr. Aniefiok Ufot is a warm and approachable General Practitioner who enjoys caring for patients across all ages and stages of life.

Since moving to Australia from Nigeria in 2017, she has worked in a few hospitals across the country and eventually transitioned to general practice and has obtained Fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.

She brings strong clinical judgement and holistic care with particular interests in women’s health(including contraception, Mirena and Implanon insertion), chronic disease management, paediatrics and skin lesion excision.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Ufot enjoys travelling, spending time with family, and engaging in a good board game.

Dr. Shahzadi Nadia.


This is an exciting new service for our practice, offering expert support in healthy ageing, memory concerns, falls, mobility and other medical issues.

Dr Nadia is a consultant geriatrician.

She completed her specialist training in Geriatric Medicine through the Illawarra Shoalhaven Local Health District and the St George Network (including Kareena Private Hospital).

She is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian
College of Physicians (FRACP) and holds
postgraduate qualifications in Perioperative Medicine from Monash University/Alfred Hospital and in Emergency Medicine from the Australasian College for Emergency Medicine (ACEM).

Clinical interests :
Frailty and functional independence
Falls prevention
Osteoporosis management
Dementia & delirium care
Depression in older adults
Perioperative medicine and palliative care

📣 We are excited to introduce our newest team member at TSMP!! 🎉

Dr. Emily Redmile 🩺🌟

Emily grew up in the illawarra and completed her medical degree at the University of Wollongong, followed by junior medical officer training locally in the regions hospitals. Emily gained her GP fellowship in 2021.

Her special interests include antenatal care and mental health issues, particularly anxiety and depression.

When not at work, she is spending time with her husband & two young boys, and enjoys cooking.

Dr. Omair Masood 🌟🩺

(MBBS, FRACGP, Dip Palliative Care, Professional Certificate of Skin Cancer Medicine, and Advanced Certificate of Skin Cancer Medicine)

Residing in Illawarra since 2012, Dr. Masood began his medical career at Wollongong and Port Kembla Hospitals for three years before pursuing further training in General Practice. He successfully obtained fellowship from RACGP in 2018.
