We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Medical Receptionist to join our friendly team in a casual role covering a 12-month maternity leave position, with the potential for reduced hours beyond the initial contract.
About the Role:
• Type: Casual – Maternity Leave Cover (12 months)
• Location: Tongarra Family Practice, Albion Park 2027 NSW
• Weekly Hours: Approx. 23 hours per week
· Monday: 8:30am – 1:30pm
· Wednesday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
· Thursday: 8:30am – 1:30pm
· Friday: 8:30am – 1:30pm
Start date January 2026
Summary
This position offers part-time hours across Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday for a Medical Receptionist at Tongarra Family Practice. Applicants must have experience in a similar role, be skilled in Best Practice or Medical Director software, and demonstrate strong communication, time management, and a patient-focused attitude.
