Sarah’s (and Eliza’s) top three exercises for working out with friends

Shoulder high 5’s: 🤚🏼
Start in a plank position on hands and toes arms length from your partner. Keeping your pelvis straight lift one hand off the ground and high five your friends opposite hand. Repeat the motion with your other hand.

Russian Twists with medicine ball: 🏐
Sit on the ground next to you partner with enough room between you to fit a medicine ball. Lean back until your balanced on your sit bones and lift your feet off the ground. Slowly pass the ball side to side keeping your feet and the ball off the ground.

Squat and throw: 🦵🏼
Standing in front of your partner with the medicine ball being held close to your chest. Squat down in time with your partner. As you come up throw the ball to your partner

Complete all exercises for 3 x 1 minute with 30 second test in between each set for a quick workout with friends!!

Eliza is one of our newest employees joing the shellharbour Physio squad💪🏼

Eliza is an accredited Exercise Physiologist and Exercise Scientist who graduated from Wollongong University in 2021

She is qualified to develop and prescribe exercise programs tailored to clients with a range of chronic health conditions and injuries, both in the clinic and in our Hydrotherapy classes

Outside of work Eliza enjoys going to the beach and the gym and playing AFL on weekends! 💜💚
