Here’s our shoulder programming system. We hit each of these movements!

First step is to get your injury diagnosed by a professional. Then we adapt our training to hit these 6 key elements.

Plan your week if you’re busy

Don’t just train randomly! Work out what your goal is so you can actually work towards it.

Then work out how many days you can get into the gym. Don’t overshoot this. If 3 days is realistic, don’t say 5. This will only end badly when you get busy and miss a day.

Now you can plan to hit each body part twice a week! 2 sessions a week = 2 full body days.

Add any extra mobility or prehab work to your warm up. Save yourself from having to try and find extra time at home.

Have you ever wondered exactly who it is that I work with?

I help people that have a physical or psychological limitation that has stopped them from being able to do the things they enjoy.

This can vary from injury rehab and management all the way through to stress, time management and planning issues.

At the end of the day I help people who need help to get their body back to where it used to be!

Why did I start coaching?

Coaching is something I’ve been doing a while now.

It all started being a teenager, training for every sport under the sun, waking up every day barely being able walk.

No teenager should have to deal with the lower back injuries and pain that I did.

After countless health practitioner appointments and having to give up playing sport, I discovered that I could actually play the sports and live the lifestyle that I loved.

All I had to do was learn to exercise properly.

After spending years studying exercise and how to train effectively, I was able to get my body back. I was playing rugby again no problems.

I became a coach to share this knowledge with as many people as possible.

You too can get your body back.
