Today is World Sight Day, with this year’s theme focusing on the importance of eye care in the workplace. Here are some simple practical steps that you can take today:

· Take regular breaks from your screen. Follow the suggested 20/20/20 rule; take a break every 20 minutes, look 20 feet away (approximately 6 metres), for 20 secs. Setup your mobile or laptop timer to remind you to take a break.
