Hi and welcome to my page, my name is Kerryn Townsend I am the heart and soul of PUREnergy - Holistic Healing and Counselling.

Like many Healers, Light Workers and Counsellors, as a child I grew up surrounded by plenty of dysfunction and have faced many challenging times throughout my lifetime.

I came to a point, where I found myself in the midst of yet another life crises that I began to seriously question my purpose. There had to be something so much greater for me out there. but I didn’t know what or how to get there.

On my new found journey to create a life without the heaviness of anxieties, mental, physical and emotional traumas, I sought a path of growth. Of self-understanding and acceptance (of me and of the world around me) through a number of amazing healing women - Therapists and Alternative Healers that provided me with many tools to assist me in paving the way to where I now stand, in service to all those in need.

I moved to Albury from Sydney 5+ years ago and in this period I am grateful to have gained qualifications as a Counsellor (Diploma) through the Torrens University, Reiki Practitioner, Crystal Healing Practitioner and Shamanic Crystal Healing Practitioner (and with so much more to come).

If my story resonates with you, and you are looking for someone to gently guide you on your healing path, I offer you a safe space of kindness, love and compassion, wisdom and understanding.
