March is Endometriosis Awareness Month.

💛⁠ Endometriosis affects 1 in 9 Australian women and people assigned female at birth — yet many still suffer in silence.⁠

💛 It takes an average of 6–7 years to receive a diagnosis.

💛 There is currently no cure.

💛 Symptoms can include severe pelvic pain, painful periods, fatigue, bowel & bladder issues, and infertility.

💛 Endometriosis can affect work, study, relationships and mental health.

Awareness leads to earlier diagnosis, better support and stronger advocacy for change.
