This Month, we have 2 very well-deserved staff members recognized as Employees of the Month - congratulations Codey & Gemma!

Codey - A newer member of the team, already valued by both participants and colleagues. Warm and engaging with participants and always respectful of being in their homes. Willing to jump into any task and take direction, with staff often expressing their enjoyment in working together and their confidence in the quality of work delivered. In just a couple of months, it has made a real impact by thinking outside the box and supporting participants to achieve their dreams and desires.

Gemma - Always incredibly helpful with rostering, consistently receiving positive feedback from community participants about attitude and work ethic. Takes initiative by contacting the office when unfilled shifts are noticed on the job board, and is always willing to step in and help wherever needed. This includes volunteering at events, such as our recent DSW Conference, and contributing as an active member of the WHS Committee.

💙 We raised $205 for with our PJ Day & pancake brunch – all in the name of supporting kids in foster care. Big thanks to everyone who rocked up in their comfiest PJs and gave generously!

Thank you to everyone who joined us for today’s Picnic in the Park! After all the rain that was forecast, we decided to change locations~ but the sun showed up thankfully.

We even managed to squeeze in a little Happy Birthday singalong & cake for Dee 🎂🥳
