NB Restorative Classes are back to Tuesdays at The Space🥰We gave Friday evenings a go but as lovely as the idea is to have class at this time it is a bit more of a challenge to get to. Tuesdays are still awesome to practice this art of rest - there a few classes like this locally so share this special practice with those you love best 😉and book your rest nest. ###

Our modern busy lives can become overwhelming - it is in rest that you can help your body and mind find quiet, creativity or maybe even a bit more sleep. Restorative YOGA is the beautiful act of showing how to care for your body, your mind and your health. Practice rest as a super power.
