There is no class tonight because we are preparing an 80s extravaganza to celebrate 9 years of Dance Club!

In two weeks prepare your best neon fishnet, teased hair and general sparkling repartee because it's going to be uber rad!

WHAT DO I BRING?
Comfy clothes & shoes to dance in, drink bottle & towel. (Light hand weights optional)

Need to change before class? There's a toilet, change room & kitchen facilities on-site for a quick wonder woman style costume change 😉

WHAT KIND OF DANCING IS IT?
It's a mix of dance styles set to current & retro tunes designed to move you. Simply mirror my moves as we go song to song. Easy repeatable choreography so you get a full body dance workout. Full warm up & cool down stretch included.

I will be running adult dance classes again, once a fortnight starting MON 17th Feb!

I am way beyond excited after 6 months of back treatment it's time to get back under the disco ball💯💃👑
