🎄 Hey everyone! With the festive season just around the corner, here's a quick update on our holiday hours at Kate Johnson Osteo Clinic.

Some people asked what I got up to last week whilst I was away…

I was actually in Hobart supporting my mum and sister at the Australian Master’s Hockey Carnival.

It was extra special as it was my Mum’s first state representative team and I wanted to be there to cheer her on. As she has done for both my sister and I over the years.

My mum and sister had both experienced major health issues last year and seeing them back out playing at this level was incredible!!!

Unfortunately, this is the only photo I have from the week on the pitch. I was busy on the sidelines being support crew!!!

The Bureau of Meteorology has issued a Heatwave Warning for the next several days across Northeast Victoria and the Border.⚠️

There are steps you can take to protect yourself and others:
✅ Stay cool by using a fan, air conditioning or take a cool shower.
✅ Wear light and loose clothing. Keep the skin cool by using a spray bottle or damp cloth.
✅ Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water. Carry water with you when outdoors.
✅ Have a plan to keep cool. Cancel or reschedule activities for a cooler time of the day.
✅ Check the weather forecast regularly.
✅ Check in with family, friends, and neighbours. A quick call can make a big difference.

This weekend , along with my family will be participating in the to raise funds for the Albury Wodonga Regional Cancer Centre Trust Fund.

As a family we have recently had to access the services of the Albury Wodonga Cancer Centre and to be able to do this locally has made a very challenging time a little less difficult.
