Pilates grip socks are a valuable addition to your pilates workout.

They provide more stability and balance during your workouts.

They offer improved hygiene by protecting your feet from bacteria and germs.

They are an added safety measure as grip socks reduce your risk of slipping and injury during your sessions.

Bonus is they come in a range of fun colours and styles to suit your style 😀🧦

Please remember it is mandatory at our studio to wear your grip socks during your sessions.
