Winter Tune-Up Sessions Available ❄️

Hi EHS Community,

It’s a cold and rainy Thursday here in Albury, and with many people needing to reschedule, a few appointment spots have opened up for today and tomorrow.

Dr Cass is in the clinic offering hands-on Chiropractic and NET sessions from today 10th July 2025 through next Thursday 17th July 2025. If you’ve been feeling out of alignment, run down, or in need of a nervous system reset, this is a great opportunity to book in.

🌿 Something remarkable passed through Albury this weekend…

On Sunday morning, we had the incredible honour of welcoming Brooke McIntosh and her amazing support team to Entire Health Solutions as she made her way through Albury—after running through the night!

Brooke is currently running 14,080km around Australia, clocking 80km a day for 180 days, to raise $1.4 million for the Blue Tree Project—a powerful initiative sparking mental health conversations and breaking the stigma around these conversations.

Her mission is both personal and profound. And on Sunday, our very own Dr Kesh was able to support her with a Chiropractic & NET session to help her body and nervous system reset for the journey ahead.

This morning, Dr Kesh & Dr Cass gathered to see Brooke and her support team off from Bonnie Doon Park, West Albury—sending her onward with love, gratitude, and a whole lot of admiration. 🧡

We’re also proud to share that as Brooke continues north, our very own Dr Cass (Dr Cass Tan , ) will be on standby to support her when she reaches Brisbane City—because every step of this journey deserves care, compassion, and community.

Brooke is a beacon of strength and purpose, transforming her own adversity into a mission of hope. Her message is simple but powerful: You are not alone.
