Lately I've been seeing so many beautiful people who are navigating significant loss. It's honestly so heart-warming to hear about the kindness and love many of them have received in so many different ways, from both friends and strangers along the way.

Id love to hear from you if you have received acts of love and kindness from others as you're walking through your grief.

I’ve witnessed so many brave and beautiful people moving through their grief. It’s reminded me just how much someone's compassionate support can help us breathe a little easier as we walk through our grief. Sometimes it’s a quiet presence. Sometimes it’s a simple check-in. Sometimes its an unexpected meal. Whatever it looks like, it all matters.

If you’ve experienced loss, what kind of support felt most valuable for you?

Ever wondered what regulation really means? 🌿

It’s actually not about being calm all the time. It’s about giving yourself permission to move through what you experience, and find your way back to safety when life throws you off course.

Your nervous system isn’t broken; it’s just doing its best to protect you 💛

Holding it all in doesn’t make you tougher it just keeps the stress trapped in your body until it shows up in many different ways...as exhaustion, anxiety or burnout. Give yourself permission to feel it.

Your tears aren’t weakness; they’re your body’s way of healing.

Our nervous system isn’t built for constant pressure. It’s built for safety, security and connection. When we’ve been under stress for too long, our body starts to believe danger is always around the corner.

Over time, that takes a toll on memory, mood, immunity, and even digestion.

So instead of pushing harder, start by slowing down.

Find small ways to remind your body it’s safe a deep breath, a quiet moment, a kind word to yourself.

It’s not about doing more.

It’s about feeling safer 🌿

You don’t need to ‘just relax’ or ‘breathe it out.’

You need to feel safe in your body, in your environment and with the people around you.

Calm follows safety. Always.

Sometimes, the best thing you can do for yourself is to pause and let your mind rest in a safe space 🌿✨

Because peace isn’t always found in doing it’s often found in simply seeing. 💭

✨Sometimes, the right words can ease an anxious heart 💛

Here's a few gentle reminders of what to say to someone struggling with anxiety...because a little kindness and understanding can make all the difference 🌿

Anxiety isn’t a life sentence it’s a signal 💛

It’s your body looking for safety, rest, and balance...not proof that something’s “wrong” with you.

When we look beyond labels and start listening to what anxiety is really trying to say, healing becomes possible.
