Being kind doesn’t mean you have to sacrifice your boundaries or suffer in silence. You can still be a good person and say🍃“I’m not okay with this.”

Your feelings matter, and standing up for yourself doesn’t make you any less kind—it makes you stronger.

It’s time to stop equating kindness with self-sacrifice. You deserve respect too 💚

Boundaries are an act of self care, not control.

Boundaries are not about changing others. They're about protecting your peace, what's important to you and your wellbeing. It's important to set limits that honour your needs 💛

When we express our needs openly and with clarity, we encourage others to do the same. It’s a beautiful step towards self-care and authentic communication.

It’s okay to not have all the answers or to take a step back. Let’s support each other to make these empowering choices!

The people you surround yourself with have a direct impact on your nervous system—and ultimately, your wellbeing 🌱💚 Choose connections that promote and sustain regulation, not stress.

Connection, safety, and security are fundamental human needs. When we feel understood and supported, we thrive.

Prioritise creating spaces where those in your world feel valued and protected.

It is possible to build a community where empathy and trust prevail and we can grow stronger and more resilient together 💚

Sometimes anxiety can create a convincingly real narrative, causing us to believe that we need to be fearful of our body's sensations.

It's okay to say, "NOT TODAY ANXIETY" 🙂

Anxiety can show up in so many different ways, and it’s not always easy to recognise. From chest pain and dizziness to muscle tension and a racing heart, it can take an incredibly real toll on your body 🤎

How does anxiety show up for you? Share your experiences and and what's worked for you in the comments.

You are not alone in this 🌿

Your journey matters, and your healing begins with seeing yourself with compassion. When we look at our mental and emotional health through the lens of our own story, something beautiful happens. Shame gives way to compassion. Judgment softens into curiosity 🍃

⁣With compassion and curiosity, we unlock the door to healing.⁣
Never forget, your body has an incredible capacity to heal and flourish.⁣ Such an incredible design ✨

Grief is a profound and natural response to loss, not a mental illness. While it can mirror many symptoms of mental health conditions, it’s important to remember that experiencing grief is a normal part of life. It's not something we can 'fix' or speed up the process of.

Sadly,, conversations about grief and loss are often few and far between in our broader society. It's so important to create space for those grieving to acknowledge, validate and support them in such significant life transitions 💔

Navigating the grief “firsts” after loss can be overwhelming. Each milestone is a reminder of what's missing, but also an opportunity to honour your loved one in a way that feels right to you.

Take your time, be gentle with yourself, and know that it's okay to feel what you feel 🍃

28/07/2025

Grief is a uniquely personal journey, and no two paths are the same. Yet, in amongst it all, there are often people willing to walk beside us, offering empathy and support as we work our way toward healing and rediscovering a renewed sense of purpose 🍃

The vagus nerve, composed of visceral fibres, is a key communicator within our body 🤎

Strengthening vagal tone through body-based, 'bottom-up' somatic practices is crucial for holistic healing, supporting us to feel safe and supported from within 🍃
