🌙𝐒𝐚𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐭🌙

90 minutes of intentional ME time, a space to pause, soften, and truly nourish yourself from within.

We begin with a warm cup of cacao, inviting you to slow down and arrive. From there, we move gently into yin, long, supported shapes that allow the body to release and unwind. And finally, you’ll be guided into yoga nidra… a deep, restorative rest for the nervous system, where healing happens effortlessly.

This is your time to refill your cup.
To let go of the week that’s been.
To reconnect with the quiet steadiness within you.

Come as you are. Leave feeling grounded, restored, and whole.

I invite you to take a moment to remember…the last time you felt truly playful.

Not structured, not planned… just free. Maybe it was laughter that came easily, a moment of lightness, a time where you weren’t thinking about how it looked, just how it felt.

Notice what arises…a memory, a sensation, maybe even a softness in your body. Where do you feel that in you? Can you hold onto even a thread of that feeling?

This is a serious question for all the goddesses out there…

Who decided that a restorative/relaxation massage is a treat… and not an essential part of maintaining our beautiful selves?

Somewhere along the way, we were taught to earn rest.
To justify slowing down. To label care as indulgence instead of necessity. But what if tending to your body, your nervous system, your energy… is the baseline?

Not a reward.
Not a luxury.
Not something saved for “when there’s time.”

But a devotion.
A remembering.
A non-negotiable.

You are not something to run into the ground and occasionally repair. You are something to be cared for… consistently, gently, intentionally.

So tell me, are you still treating it as a treat, or are you ready to reclaim it as essential?

I don’t know when I forgot how to have fun…
but last night, my granddaughter reminded me.

Mid FaceTime, she was doing headstands, chatting away like it was the most normal thing in the world. Completely free. Completely joyful. Completely unbothered.

And it hit me…we don’t really forget how to have fun, we just slowly place it to the side. Life gets full. Responsibilities grow. And play becomes something we think we’ll come back to “one day.”

But joy doesn’t need a plan. It doesn’t need to be productive or make sense. Sometimes it just looks like being a little upside down… and laughing anyway.

A gentle reminder to let life feel a little lighter today 🤍

A few tips to learn how to headstand

Hands to be shoulder width apart
Place your crown at the point of a triangle ( traced from right to left hands )
Bend elbows at 90 degree angle 📐
Bring knees to elbows and find stability before lifting legs

There is something so comforting about holding a cup of cacao, making the time to truly open to its depth, both mind and soul. The warmth in your hands, the richness on your tongue, the quiet invitation to slow down.

A small ritual that gently softens the edges of the day and reminds you to arrive, fully, tenderly, within yourself. 🤎✨

Do you have a morning ritual?

There’s something so comforting when you realise you have the ability to show up for yourself. To meet your own breath, to steady your own mind, to soften the noise of the world simply by returning to your body.

Not because life suddenly becomes easy, but because you remember you are not powerless within it. Every time you roll out the mat, pause, breathe, or turn inward…you are quietly saying: I am here for me.

And there is a deep kind of peace in knowing
that no matter what the day brings,
you can always come home to yourself.

When we close ourselves off, intentionally or not, we create a divide between our inner and outer worlds. The threads that connect and communicate with each and all beings become dull, unresponsive, and can slowly lead to feelings of isolation and heaviness.

Yet those threads never truly disappear. They simply wait for our attention. Each conscious breath, each moment of softening, each time we dare to open the chest and feel again… we begin to polish those threads. Sensation returns. Connection returns. Life begins to move through us again.

Vulnerability isn’t weakness. It is the quiet courage to let the heart participate in life. And sometimes, the simple act of opening, even just a little, is enough to remind us that we were never meant to walk this world alone. ✨🫶🏼

Backbends can feel vulnerable.

The front of the body is where we protect ourselves, the heart, the belly, the throat. So when we practice heart openers, it’s not just a physical shape… it’s an invitation to soften the armour we unconsciously wear.

But vulnerability isn’t weakness. In yoga, it actually requires strength. Strong legs to ground you.
A strong back to support you and a steady breath to stay present in the sensation. Every backbend is a quiet reminder that you can be both open and supported at the same time.

Strong enough to soften. Strong enough to feel.
Strong enough to open the heart. Maybe that’s where the real practice lives.

Ever hovered over the cancel booking button…
then remembered the only reason you cope with life the way you do is because of your practice?
