🌜A fertile New Moon in Leo🌛 is opening a powerful creative portal in our skies. This New Moon ushers a new beginning centred around your creativity, heart space and authentic expression. The cosmic energies are especially intense right now with four planets in Retrograde and Solar Storms provoking ascension symptoms.

With the Sun also doing its yearly transit through Leo, this marks the season for bold moves and courageous beginnings. The Sun as Leo’s ruler ignites the inner spark bringing warmth and light to our passions, relationships and desires. Leo asks for true authenticity, uniqueness and the bravery to go against the crowd. The Lion activates the heart chakra bringing daring determination to follow our deepest wishes and needs (often linked to our inner child).

Within this void, the darkness or shadow aspects around this New Moon may include issues with self-esteem and self-confidence. There may be a tentativeness in shining your light or being in the spotlight. Perfectionism around creative ventures could arise, as well as anger, irritability or self-sabotage. As a fixed Fire Sign, Leo can also have a flare for drama, stubbornness and emotional outbursts. All of these aspects of self need to be lovingly embraced, witnessed and released as this New Moon peaks.

Mercury is also moving Retrograde in the sign of Leo during this time (this began on July 18th and will end on August 11th). In this transit, we are experiencing a need for deep reflection and reassessment, particularly concerning our self-expression, confidence, creativity, and relationships. We will be re-evaluating our authentic expression in regards to our voice, ego clashes, miscommunications, emotional reciprocity and the impact of our words.

This is also an ample time for creative renewal and unfinished projects, returning to old hobbies with joy, play and experimentation. Of course, this period is also dealing with themes around self-worth, turning inward, learning to receive and strengthening our self-image.

Alongside this, Neptune, Saturn and Pluto are also in their retrograde phases. As outer planets, these transits mainly affect the collective consciousness, however we will still be experiencing pull to go within until they move direct later this year.

A dutiful Full Moon in Capricorn 🧡✨ is glowing in our skies. As a cardinal sign, Capricorn activates our initiation in regards to self-discipline and responsibility. Opposing the sun in watery Cancer, Capricorn reminds us to stay focused and practical amongst the movement and flow of our emotions.

Above all, Capricorn is pragmatic and purposeful. It encourages us to take ownership of our lives with grounded sensibility and steady steps forward. Represented by the mythical ‘Sea-goat’, Capricorn represents the ability to move through the deepest oceans and the highest mountains in order to reach our goals.

Therefore, this Full Moon gifts us opportunity to check in with our long-term dreams and desires. Are they realistic and achievable? Or have we wandered from our path?

Mars, the warrior planet of energy and inspired action is in favourable position as this Moon peaks. This brings an added boost of energy helping us assess our life situation and make necessary tweaks and adjustments. Later this month, a number of planets will retrograde bringing a slow, more reflective energy into our lives. Utilise this Full Moon period to reset your vision and make changes before we immerse into a period of deep introspection.

It’s important to remember that Capricorn is ruled by Saturn. This planet of karmic lessons and grand teachings can bring a heavy or dense energy to an otherwise energetic Full Moon. Saturn is the Master Teacher that illuminates where we need to mature and grow. A few days following this Moon, Saturn enters its retrograde season.

Welcome to a brand new cycle with the Cancer New Moon 💜✨and Winter Solstice. We are reaching a significant turning point of the year where the lessons and inner work achieved in the first half start to take shape and bear fruit.

With both the Sun and Moon moving through Cancer, we are navigating some watery depths. Gemini Season teaches us to be flexible in spirit and mind, exploring new options and social and technological horizons. Whereas, Cancer brings us back home, nurturing our spirit with motherly tenderness and solace.

Cancer is a sensitive sign. Its sensitivity adds to its intuitive gifts and knowledge moving us towards self protection and self preservation. Cancer calls us within, to tune into our emotions, the depths of our feelings and those little gut niggles we’ve been ignoring or too distracted to hear.

Cancer’s hard crab shell protects its soft inner tissue. We may feel a little ‘crabby’ leading up to this Moon, seeking shelter in quiet solitude. Cancer is ruled by the Moon which means it’s a comfortable place for the Moon to transit, however Cancer energy is always changeable, moody and tentative.

Card spread for the week…..💜’All Paths Lead Home’….This year has an abnormal amount of planetary shifts. Many outer planets are shifting signs after many decades, this is creating significant structural changes in society but also our inner landscapes. Through this chaos, it’s important to remember that ‘all paths lead home’. Things may feel confusing or uncertain right now, but you will always end up where you are supposed to be.

This is where your intuition and inner voice become your best guide. Tuning in and blocking out the noise is the quickest way to feel settled and centred within. Here, the outer noise becomes an interesting and insightful mirror into the paths opening up for us and parts of ourselves we are waiting to heal or transmute. There are no mistakes. Turn your gaze within to accelerate your soul’s ascension.

‘Fall Into My Arms’…..💜 Not everything is clear right now. As the cosmic waves shift, so do our priorities, goals and desires, therefore, the answers we seek may feel out of reach. In times like these, we need to surrender. Surrender through the chaos, surrender through the extremes, surrender to the unknown. Everything will become known in divine timing. The second half of the year represents the final shedding of the snake’s skin, a time of radical self-love before the new is born and the answers are seen.

This beautiful Full Moon in Scorpio (“Flower Moon”) 🌸💜 will be a deeply personal experience. It’s asking us to reflect deeply on our shadow aspects, the parts we run from and hide. It’s asking for confrontation of painful cycles with honesty and strength.

As the still water sign, the Moon in Scorpio creates the need to delve into your emotions as deep as possible. To explore your inner world of feelings and desires, both the dark and the light. More than ever, there may be cravings for meaningful connections and emotional exchanges. Shallow relationships or conversations will seem unsatisfying as they do not provide the support and depth needed at this time.

Ruled by Mars (the warrior) and Pluto (the transformer), the Moon in Scorpio pulls us towards the spiritual side of life, the occult and the deeper mysteries of the unconscious realms. This is a time for soul-searching and revealing deep truths about our path and purpose.

A card for the current energies….Queen of Cups💜🔮✨
Its been a slow start to the year with many cosmic and planetary shifts. The universe has been encouraging us to move within, to explore our inner landscape before we take the big leaps forward. If we jump too quickly, we may not have the necessary foundations in place (physically, emotionally, spiritually) to fully hold and embrace our desires or manifestations.

The Queen of Cups is an energy of emotional fulfilment and nourishment. She knows she has an overflowing cup inside of her where she can nurture herself, her creations and her relationships. This everlasting spring is what keeps her peaceful and calm in knowing she is always abundant and always supported by the universe.

The Queen of Cups is emotionally balanced and mature. She allows emotions to move through her as messengers of wisdom, but they do not own her. She neither suppresses nor denies them, but her emotions do not control her. She is emotionally fulfilled because she is connected to her soul, her inner world, her inner light, her darkness and her infinite self.

She is not afraid of being alone. In fact, she relishes in time to pursue her own interests, values and dreams. She is connected to her inner psyche, the moon, the depth of the feminine collective wisdom and she dances in that space to feel more alive.

✨The magnanimous vibes of the Solar Eclipse in Aries is here✨💗. Aries, ruled by Mars, is bringing a wave of initiative and boldness highlighting themes of leadership, courage and transformation.

Eclipses serve as a cosmic reset and checkpoint to assess the influx and outflow of connections, opportunities and growth in our lives. The Aries influence is calling for decisive action, particularly in areas we lack confidence or assertion.

As a New Moon, this Eclipse ignites new beginnings and cycles in line with our deep passions and soul purpose. Aries is the initiator, the spark that ignites the flame, the first sign of the Zodiac designed to plant the seeds for the entire year.

At this time, you could feel the urge to start a gallant new path. This is a time to pursue your highest goals with an adventurous and empowered vision. Aries is the ‘start up’, the gutsy, fearless warrior that ploughs through challenges with tenacity and resolute self-belief.

We could all use this burst of Aries valiance at this time! We had a slow start to the year with Mars retrograde, but with Mercury and Venus still making their voyage through the underworld, this may be the time to strategise your next moves until these two planets head direct. Of course, Aries doesn’t like to wait. Patience is not easy for the fiery ram, so temper tantrums, angry outbursts and volatile opinions may create extra drama at this time. Tensions could be on the rise as the universe calls us within, to figure out the details of our next moves.

While Aries is commonly the audacious initiatory, this year’s flavour is about surrendering to changes and going with the universal flow. Eclipse season is a time when the cosmos accelerates rapid growth and change, often outside our conscious control.
