Founded 12 years ago by Leonie Hick, the practice is based in the beautiful Aldinga Arts-Eco Village surrounded by lush green gardens, and minutes from the beach. * Infra-red sauna is included to remove toxins and high levels of acid.

* Kinesiology (muscle testing) provides another window in tracing symptoms back to the cause of problems.

* Health guidance - rebuilding digestion and increasing energy production allows the body to cleanse. This can be achieved by adjusting diet, restoring micro flora, while supporting the adrenals and liver function. ‘On the side of my “real job” where I’ve been a full-time Osteopath for 26 years
I also run two martial arts clubs (one in SA & one in Melbourne). I’ve been a martial artist for 35 years & I’m a former multiple world champion.
I recently took two students to the Philippines for our World Invitational Tournament, where my students competed against Filipino Martial Arts practitioners from Australia, China, Hong Kong, Mexico, the Dominican Republic, Réunion Island, the USA, the UK, and Germany—alongside passionate local teams from the Philippine Army, Philippine Airforce, Philippine Navy, Cebu City, Bohol, Ormoc, Cagayan de Oro, Quezon City, Danao, Borbon, Consolacion, Davao, and Lapu-Lapu Arnis De Abanico.

My student Indra (from SA) earned a bronze medal 🥉 in the 76.2-84kg weight class for double stick fighting) & my student Morrison (from Melbourne) earned a silver medal 🥈 in the 84.1-92kg weight class also for double stick fighting). Both players lost with grace in single stick & minimal armour events against tough fighters from the Philippine Airforce & Navy.
I was awarded my 9th Dan Black Belt (Grandmaster rank), making me the only female GM in Australia for our style & one of only 3 female GM’s in our style worldwide.

I am deeply humbled and honoured to receive 9th Grade Black Belt, upon the esteemed recommendation of the Committee on Grading & Promotion in the presence of guests & competitors from China, United Kingdom, USA, Australia & around the Philippines, Masters & Grandmasters.’
