I haven't posted in a while for a very specific reason: It hasn't served me recently.

Initially I struggled with this as I want my yoga journey to be shared but after I reflected further, I realised if I was posting for the sake of posting, it isn't authentic. And, at it's core, yoga is authenticity without acknowledgment or judgement.

So although I have been practicing both as a teacher and a student, I allowed my busy working mum life to consume my social media presence which I definitely do not regret ❤️

I am however ready to take this time now to share something I first heard from a beautiful soul I was training along side a little while ago.

Make of it what you will, post what you will and when you will but most importantly, do not do anything because you feel you HAVE to.. Do simply because you love.
