Prince, with his strong background in NDIS and Supported Independent Living, adds valuable insight and care to our team.

As one of the three founders of Care Companion Queensland, Ron brings both expertise and empathy to everything he does. A Registered Nurse specialising in Acute Medical Care, he’s deeply passionate about Geriatric Nursing, ensuring that every client receives the respect, dignity, and attention they deserve.

Outside of work, Ron’s the ultimate dog dad, often seen with his loyal companion Riley wherever dogs are welcome. He’s also an avid traveller who loves exploring new places and learning about different cultures, always returning with stories and inspiration to share.

Fun fact: Despite his love for the outdoors, Ron has one hilarious fear—large moths!

Ron’s warmth, dedication, and down-to-earth personality make him an essential part of the CCQ family and one of the reasons our clients feel truly cared for.

👋 Meet Michelle - Michelle has been part of the Care Companion Queensland family for over a year, and if there’s a job to be done — chances are she’s already doing it. From payroll and admin, to HR, bookkeeping, and even cleaning HQ, Michelle truly wears every hat (sometimes all at once 😅).

She’s the mum of the office — firm when she needs to be, but always with your best interests at heart. She might give you that look when your timesheet’s late or your inbox is messy, but we all know it’s just Michelle making sure the team stays on track and thrives together.

Outside of CCQ, Michelle is a proud mum of three boys and an even prouder nanna to one beautiful little girl. Her happy place? Fishing, laughing with loved ones, and enjoying life’s simple moments.

We’re incredibly lucky to have Michelle keeping the wheels turning — and keeping us all accountable (and caffeinated) along the way.
