teas, to help our bodies heal from illness and injury and to maintain health. Our different body systems and organs need certain vitamins, minerals and more, to function optimally. A taylor made "Nutritional Treatment Plan" will help you to get what your body needs through what you eat. Our bodies are in a constant state of homeostasis - always making changes to try and maintain internal health and balance. Our body systems are geared up to try and self-repair, and given the right fuel (nutrients, vitamins and minerals) can do so more efficiently. Easy, tasty recipes and interesting new food ideas that target problem areas are included in the nutritional treatment plan. Michelle also enjoys holding interactive workshops on various health topics and common health issues people face. Happy Tuesday everyone !
Most sauces in jars or salad dressings use canola oil and sugar as some of the main ingredients. I’m phasing out buying store bought for cheaper, healthier and tasty blender versions.
Here’s a quick lazy blender recipe I made last night - apple sauce.
Great for meats and dessert toppers

To a blender add:
6 cored green apples
100ml water
(Added options a pinch of ginger, cinnamon and a dash of honey)

Blend, transfer to a saucepan and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring when needed.

Allow to cool to room temperature
and blend

That’s it
