The scariest feeling for the nervous system is:
I’m alone.
Not “I’m busy.”
Not “I’m behind.”
Alone.
Because alone used to mean:
no help.
no witness.
no safety.
So, loneliness can look like:
- anxiety
- clinginess
- shutting down
- picking fights
- scrolling until you can’t feel
If that’s you…
It’s not drama.
It’s protection.
A tiny practice:
Put one hand on your chest.
And say (out loud if you can):
"I’m with you."
Not to fix it.
To give your body what it needs.
