Today could be a good day to focus on a little healthy self-love! 💖

What are you doing today to give yourself some love?

Some ideas: 
💟 Take a walk
💟 Call a friend who always “fills you up”
💟 Read your favourite book / magazine
💟 Eat your favourite meal
💟 Do your favourite exercise
💟 Take a break in your day to: breathe, stretch, have a cup of tea, enjoy some fresh air, step away from the screen….!

But seriously. TAKE. A. BREAK. 🏝
I find myself saying this to clients regularly. And whilst they think I’m joking and we have a laugh, it really can be one of the most effective ways to help our bodies (and minds!!) heal. Everyone needs to recharge! ⚡️
If you can’t quite take that proper holiday just yet (book it!) - think about how you can create “mini” breaks for your body and mind throughout your week:
- Less time at the desk
- Spend time with loved ones
- Call a friend
- Take a lunch break (!!)
- Book that long-awaited massage
- Sit with a coffee and your favourite mag / book for 10 minutes
- Have a nice long bath
- Go for a walk by the water / in nature
- Get outside in the sunshine

Whatever floats your boat 🛶, set aside time for something leisurely just for yourself - you deserve it! (And every little bit counts)
