Did you know there are different types of grief?
Not all grief is visible - and not all loss is acknowledged or understood by others.

You might be grieving the loss of a relationship, a job, a dream, your health, or the person you used to be. This is just as valid as grieving a death.

In therapy, we make space for all forms of grief - even the invisible ones. You don’t need to justify your pain to deserve support.

Overthinking keeps you stuck, not productive. A study found that dwelling on problems makes them feel bigger—but doesn’t lead to action.

✨ Challenge the thought – Is this helping me?
✨ Limit “what ifs” – Worst-case scenarios feel real, but they’re just thoughts.
✨ Shift your focus – Move, write, or talk it out. Action breaks the loop.

Your mind is powerful - make sure it’s working for you. 💡
