After more than three decades of working in dental clinics in the field of dental health motivation Helen was drawn to hypnotherapy, with the belief that as a hypnotherapist

she can assist clients with their own powerful personal journeys of change
Helen has more than 35 years of experience and knowledge in health. She is internationally certified with the American Board of Hypnotherapy, and a certified NLP practitioner & coach and certified in Time Lime Therapy® Helen has completed a bachelor’s degree in Health, (Human Services) (Hons) Leadership and a Diploma in Dental Hygiene. Helen has held industry peak body leaderships roles and has been awarded a lifetime achievement award for her services to the dental industry. Her focus in the past years clinics dental included help clients achieve optimum oral health and has been supporting clients to quit smoking and easing dental anxiety. She is now excited about be able to offer Hypnotherapy and Neuro-linguistic Programming & Time Line Therapy ® modalities online and in her community of Alice Springs
