I’m starting a skin journey of my own using the pHformula CR & SOS range to help calm and repair my chronic redness.

As a skin therapist, I’m always trialling products so I can confidently recommend what truly works for my clients. Right now my focus is strengthening my skin barrier, reducing inflammation, and restoring balance.

Redness can be triggered by so many things — stress, impaired barrier function, sensitivity, or underlying conditions — so I’ll be documenting how my skin responds over the coming weeks.
