Teaching an individual fusion of Vinyasa, therapeutics ( Yoga Medicine) and Meditation to lovers of movement and flow. Always & forever. 🇵🇸🍉🇵🇸

It’s all connected . It’s collective liberation for all.

I get it- most of you follow for yoga, and you’re wondering where’s the yoga content? Where’s the classes? the retreats ? Why are you talking about Gaza , Palestine, congo, Sudan- why all this talk ?

Im no expert on yoga, I’ve not studied anywhere near enough philosophy or history to give a succinct and nuanced reflection on this - but here’s what I do know :

We’re hardwired for connection, we can’t make it out of this alone, we have to radically reimagine the type of world we want and we have to fight for it .

Our spiritual practice is not about self , it’s about remembering that there is no self, that all of us are selves - what happens to one happens to us all.

Today and everyday I stand with Palestine.

it’s End the occupation. It’s free Palestine 🇵🇸. Congo. Sudan. 🇭🇹 Haiti. It’s recognising that all of us are on stolen land.

It’s start the work of unravelling this world, that favours individualism over collective care And liberation.

We have to build the world we want to see And it starts small.

Let’s start taking care of each other and seeing ourselves in each other. 🇵🇸🇵🇸🇵🇸

Really not sure what to say. Except feel your grief/ rage/ anger/ hope/ fear - feel whatever you need to feel. Be human. Allow it .

Take care of yourself, find community, take care of each other.

Rest.

And when you’re ready - start building this new world .

Also yoga is helping, as are dog walks, cute flowers and texting friends.

Hey dad.

16 years ago today I said goodbye to you.
I don’t know if you heard me when I told you I loved you.

I miss all the little things. I wish we could go waterskiing on the coorong, fishing all night, camping in the flinders, birdwatching on the lakes, one last bakery visit, one last dog walk.

I think I also must’ve got my Fashion sense from you ..especially my love of funky beanies/ hats and wool jumpers. And cool Haircuts of course

Hey dad. We just bought a house in Tassie and I’ve been wandering the gardens telling you about all the beautiful birds that are here. You would’ve loved it here.

You’re always with me. Even though you’re gone.

I miss you so very much every day, always wanting to tell you about the incredible a things I’ve seen.

Spending time with the bestest humans, sunrises and sunsets, veggie patch colour, desert doggos, town trips ( not pictured yoga classes up and running again !)

Immensely grateful for the land and the humans that are helping me to heal. ❤️❤️❤️
