A question I often get asked is ‘Where do I roll the oil?’
You want to apply essential oils topically where you are seeking localised support.
Emotional support- apply a roller where you can smell the essential oils like your neck, chest or shoulders. The quickest way to the emotional part of our brain is through our sense of smell.
The feet can be a common area to apply essential oils, but our feet have thick skin so don’t absorb oils well. Try areas like
the face, back, neck, scalp and wrists near our glands.
