About The Bodhi Tree Wellness Centre
The Bodhi Tree Wellness Centre was brought to life in early 2020 by it's owner and founder Amie Cameron.
Amie has been practicing meditation and mindfulness for over 10 years and is qualified in MBCT (Minfulness Based Cognitive Therapy), Counselling, various areas of Coaching for both adults and children, Meditation, Mindfulness, Holistic Pain Management and has also studied areas of AOD (Alcohol and Other Drugs) and Mental Health.
Amie's personal mindfulness practices became an essential tool in her daily life when she was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, Cancer, CFS and Depression in 2016.
After conventional medicine provided little to no relief, she went on to seek natural treatments to add to her daily practices, such as pain reducing foods, herbals teas, Aromatherapy and other natural treatments. During this search, Amie was able to significantly reduce her pain to manageable levels and still uses these tools today.
