Happy first day of the week…
and if I’m honest, I’m feeling a bit tired and anxious today.
I got out for a walk with Blue, even went for another one thinking it would fix it… it helped a little, then I came home and felt flat again.
So today isn’t about smashing a workout or being super productive.
It’s about doing the basics:
✔ moving a little
✔ getting one or two things done
✔ not pushing myself into the ground
And yes… I’m putting up a photo of me on a better day 😅
just to remind myself this feeling isn’t forever.
This is your reminder that not every day has to feel amazing to still move forward.
Sometimes it’s just about showing up in a smaller way.
