I started It's a Lifestyle Health and Fitness to teach people how to set healthy goals that are sustainable forever. All too often we use diet and exercise as a reward or punishment. What if we learnt to enjoy looking after ourselves and removed the shame and guilt associated when we don't get it exactly right.

🎄 December already… seriously?!

This year flew. And I know this time of year feels different for everyone, some love it, some find it heavy.

When I say finish the year strong, I don’t mean pushing harder.
I mean soft-strong. Choosing what you need, standing up for yourself gently, and deciding what you actually want more of in your life.
Not hiding feelings under food, wine, and the old “F**k it, it’s Christmas.”

I’m all for good food and family time… but it’s also totally okay if Christmas just feels like “meh.” You’re not weird. You’re human.

Not every workout is a perfect little Pinterest moment.
Sometimes it’s a walk that turns into a storm.
Sometimes it’s chasing the dog down the street.
Sometimes it’s dancing around the house because you’re this close to losing it.
And honestly?
It all counts.
Movement doesn’t need to be sexy, it just needs to make you feel a little more alive than you did 5 minutes ago.

“If you’re waiting for life to calm down before you start — meet Rachel.”

🌟 CLIENT OF THE MONTH 🌟
“Showing up, even when life gets messy, that’s Rachel.”

Rachel has only been with me for 2 months, but her commitment has been nothing short of inspiring. 🙌

Even with sleepless nights caring for a sick child and managing her own aches and pains, she still shows up — ready to do what she can. 💪

We’ve adjusted her program each week to match her energy and how her body’s feeling, focusing first on basic movement patterns, and now she’s building real strength.

It’s not about perfection, it’s about progress and Rachel is proving that consistency, even in chaos, makes all the difference.

Strong one… your energy doesn’t come back by doing more!! It comes back by doing something that fills you.

It’s the 1st of December and there’s all sorts happening. Parties, dinners and that’s not just it the big Celebration on the 24th the head space it takes up for the prep beforehand it’s next level.

But what are you doing for you and your health?? If you can’t take an hour take 40mins and come a be looked after by me yes we will be working out but everything will be come a lot less stressful when you take the time to decompress.
If you don’t have 40mins do a quick 20 min circuit you can do in your pjs.

1, Movement ( walk or a quick 15 min circuit)
2, Hydration (no ice doesn’t count in your margarita 😉)
3, time out for you ( yes even if you can only have 5 mins)

Sleep Hack 🌞☕

Morning sunshine = better sleep tonight.
A good night’s rest is one of the best tools for future healthy you, clearer head, stronger body, and better choices all round.

Little things that help 👇
✨ Wake up + go to bed around the same time
✨ Low lights 1 hr before bed
✨ Balanced last meal
✨ No doom scrolling till 1am. Plan your down time (I know theres a big todo list toget through)

These small changes have made a massive difference for me. When I sleep well, I feel calm, strong, and capable.

If paige can do it so can you!!

When Paige first walked into the studio back in July 2021, exercise wasn’t really her thing. She’d tried before, but it never stuck. This time felt different though she knew something needed to change.

At first, it was simple: 2x training sessions a week and a chat with a nutritionist about easy food swaps. Nothing extreme, just small steps that started to add up.

Then confidence started to creep in. She felt stronger. She swapped Friday sundowners. Meal prep, making her evenings less stressful after long workdays. She even started enjoying lifting heavy something she never thought she’d say.

Next came the treadmill at home. No excuses, no pressure, just steps in her PJs while reading a book or scrolling. She tracked her calories too, learning that it was okay (and safe) to feel a little hungry sometimes.

And now? Paige is not only lighter on the scales, but stronger, more confident, and unapologetically herself. She asks for what she wants at work. She’s built traditions she loves like her Friday breakfast burrito with the team that bring joy and connection.

Paige’s glow up wasn’t about a quick fix. It was about choosing herself, one step at a time.
