If paige can do it so can you!!
When Paige first walked into the studio back in July 2021, exercise wasn’t really her thing. She’d tried before, but it never stuck. This time felt different though she knew something needed to change.
At first, it was simple: 2x training sessions a week and a chat with a nutritionist about easy food swaps. Nothing extreme, just small steps that started to add up.
Then confidence started to creep in. She felt stronger. She swapped Friday sundowners. Meal prep, making her evenings less stressful after long workdays. She even started enjoying lifting heavy something she never thought she’d say.
Next came the treadmill at home. No excuses, no pressure, just steps in her PJs while reading a book or scrolling. She tracked her calories too, learning that it was okay (and safe) to feel a little hungry sometimes.
And now? Paige is not only lighter on the scales, but stronger, more confident, and unapologetically herself. She asks for what she wants at work. She’s built traditions she loves like her Friday breakfast burrito with the team that bring joy and connection.
Paige’s glow up wasn’t about a quick fix. It was about choosing herself, one step at a time.
