I used to avoid the mirror too.

I get it.

I’ve stood in front of the mirror picking myself apart — arms, belly, face… all of it.

That’s why in my studio:

🏋 No mirrors.
🏋 No pressure to be anyone but you.
🏋 Just support, movement, and a calm space to grow.

I meet you where you're at — not where social media says you should be.

You’re in control here.
I just give you the tools, the plan, and a little push when you need it.
Even when it feels uncomfortable — especially then.

You don’t need to change your body to start.

“Hard work pays off — just ask Josh!”

When Josh first rocked up to training, he had a goal: feel good, get strong, and look sharp for his wedding day.

Fast forward to now — he’s 34cm down overall and 2.4kg lighter.

But here’s what’s even better: Josh hasn’t given up the stuff he loves.

He still hits the footy, still enjoys a beer, and still shows up twice a week, no excuses — even when I was away. That’s the kind of commitment that makes the magic happen.

Josh proves you don’t have to give up your life to hit your goals — you just have to show up and keep chipping away.

She nearly turned back… but climbed it anyway.

“Meet Julie.

The thought of climbing a wobbly cargo net made her stomach flip. She’d have skipped it completely.

But a couple of months ago, she faced it head-on. It shook, it swayed, and it felt terrifying at first — but she climbed it anyway.

It wasn’t just about the net. It was proof that she’s stronger, braver, and more confident than she thought.

THAT is the real win we’re after in training.

“Feel stuck? Start small — and here’s how.”

You don’t need motivation. You need a small win. Here are 3 things that take under 5 mins.

💥 Fill a water bottle (no not with wine🤪) water or low cal cordial.
💥 Put your shoes on or slippers (I always get more done if I keep my shoes on)
💥 Choose to half or swop something in your next meal with a half or portion of veg you like. (For me its got to be carrots, Broccoli and peas 🥕🥦🫛)

If you’re always wrecked after training… it’s too much.

Especially if you’re living with stress, burnout, or an autoimmune condition.

You don’t have to “earn” results with pain.

Real progress is feeling stronger, moving better, and having the energy to live your life.

Sore isn’t the goal. Strong and steady is. 💪
