Most people don’t hate exercise…
they just hate doing it alone.
I’ve seen people go from dreading workouts…
to actually enjoying it and showing up every week.
Not because they suddenly got motivated —
but because they had the right support (and someone doing it with them).
Coming up to 2 years in my Alkimos studio, and honestly… this is what I’m most proud of 👇
People who started out:
• Feeling out of place in gyms

• Trying before and ending up sore for a week or quitting
Now:
• Showing up consistently
• Moving better day to day
• Feeling more confident in themselves
And a big part of that?
👉 Not doing it alone.
Like Paige — didn’t enjoy training at the start… now she shows up for herself every week.
Ricky & David — busy lives, aches and all… still getting it done together twice a week.
Michelle — travels, full plate… but built habits that actually stick.
This is what happens when you stop trying to go “all in”…

Because most people don’t need to go harder —
They just want to:
• move without aches
• lift their arms overhead without thinking about it
• put a seatbelt on easily
• keep up with their kids or grandkids
Without feeling smashed or sick from workouts.
