Our mission is to enrich the lives of people with disability by creating choice, opportunities, and skills for life.

Since 1952, Sunnyfield has grown in depth and breadth of support services. Working together with families, friends and dedicated staff, Sunnyfield supports a brighter future for people with disability. Guided by our values of respect, trust, honesty and innovation, it’s our mission to enrich the lives of people with intellectual disability through person-centred active support that creates choice, opportunities and skills for life. Day to day, we deliver nearly 2,000 support services for people with disability, including children, teenagers, adults and seniors across NSW and the ACT.

Whilst only attending the Sunnyfield Guildford location for the last few months, her growth has been inspiring. Chloe has become more confident, engaged, and open with every visit.

With a long-term dream of working in childcare, Chloe is already showing the kindness and determination that will take her far.We are so proud of her progress. 💚

Meet Linnea!

In just one year at Allambie Vocational Services, she has achieved an incredible amount. This includes completing her First Aid course, a six-week work placement at the Australian Reptile Park and weekly work experience in the Sunnyfield packaging team.

Her favourite moments over the past year include “spending time with friends, outings, cooking and bowling.” She has also been supporting classmates with reading and writing as she works toward her goal of becoming a childcare educator.

We can’t wait to see what Linnea does next!💚

Dulwich Hill clients lit up the stage with Worthy ✨ A 10-week creative program with Inner West Drama, Flight Path Theatre and Inner West Council, celebrating storytelling, confidence and disability rights.

🌭💛 What a day at Bunnings Frenchs Forest!

Thanks to our incredible volunteers and supportive community, we raised an amazing $4,700 by selling 1,400 sausages in support of Sunnyfield. The energy, teamwork and generosity on the day truly showed the power of community coming together to make a difference.

A big thank you to Bunnings Warehouse Australia the Rotary Club of Balgowlah, and everyone who stopped by for a snag and showed their support.

: Sunnyfield clients recently enjoyed Dreamnight at Taronga, a special evening hosted by Taronga Zoo that brought together people with disability, their families and carers for a night of connection, fun and unforgettable experiences 🦁✨

From special animal shows to colourful characters and entertainment, the night created a welcoming and inclusive space where everyone could relax, enjoy the zoo and make lasting memories.

Taronga Zoo Sydney

Reflecting on the year, the 10-week vocational experience at Sydney Zoo shines as a highlight for our Mt Druitt clients.

Across the placement they learnt new skills, built confidence and explored different roles at the zoo. 🐅

The experience wrapped up with a special presentation where participants proudly shared their favourite animals and everything they had discovered. ✨

We are so proud of their growth and enthusiasm and we can’t wait to see what they achieve next year. 💚
