We say farewell to our wonderful Year 6 graduating class as they finish their primary school journey with us. Graduation celebrations began with a special graduation ceremony, followed by an exciting graduation excursion to Gravity in Bunbury, and then a memorable graduation dinner the following week.

It was a fantastic send-off for our Year 6 students, celebrating their achievements, friendships and growth over the years. We wish each and every one of them the very best of luck as they head off to high school, we know they will do amazing things.

A huge thank you to everyone who helped make graduation so special. We truly couldn’t have done it without your support. 💚🎓

🌱 Thank you South32, Worsley Alumina! 🌱

We are excited to introduce our new Six Seasons Garden, made possible through a generous $1,000 grant from South32 Worsley Alumina. Students, staff and community members came together for another hands-on planting day, creating a native garden linked to the Noongar six seasons.

This living classroom will support learning about seasonal change, biodiversity and care for Country for years to come. We are very grateful to South32 Worsley Alumina for supporting education, sustainability and our school community. 💚

Teach Learn Grow Visit – Week 7 🌱
In Week 7, we were thrilled to welcome TLG (Teach Learn Grow) to Allanson Primary School for a full week. The TLG team immersed themselves in school life, even sleeping in the library, and worked closely with our students through targeted one-on-one support, small group sessions and personalised learning activities. Their work focused on building confidence, strengthening learning skills and supporting student wellbeing, making a meaningful impact on everyone involved.

A special thank you to Mrs Allum, Mr Stocks and Mrs Cain, who took the 12 TLG members on a tour around Collie to show them the local sights before heading out to dinner, providing a great opportunity to connect and showcase our community.

It is always a pleasure to have Teach Learn Grow visit our school, and we are grateful for the time, care and commitment they give to our students. 💚

2025 End of Year Assembly & Book Awards 🎓📚
Today we celebrated our End of Year Assembly and Book Awards, recognising the outstanding achievements, growth and efforts of our award-winning students. A huge congratulations also goes to all students for the dedication, resilience and hard work they have shown throughout the year.

It was wonderful to see such a fantastic turnout of parents and families, making the celebration even more special for our students. The assembly concluded in a beautiful and memorable way, with all students coming together to sing Christmas carols, creating a wonderful sense of community and festive spirit. 🎄✨

What a fantastic way to celebrate an incredible year of learning, only 2 days to go until the holidays!

End-of-Year Celebration ⭐️ Kindy/PP
Today we celebrated the end of a fabulous year with a class lunch and water play! The kids had an amazing time wrapping up the year together.

Tonight our students did Carols in the Park and it was such a great evening. Our incredible students represented Allanson Primary with pride, performing Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer and Jingle Bell Rock on stage. A huge well done to everyone involved, so proud of our little performers! 💚🎅🎄
