Our Southern Downs sunsets are worth bottling - even our pets love to watch them. Interacting with your pets triggers the release of your 'feel-good' hormones like serotonin and dopamine - providing a sense of purpose, and routine. They also reduce stress and anxiety - most importantly they provide companionship when we need it the most. 🐕‍🦺🐩🐈🐾🐎🐄🐓🦜We'd love for you to drop a picture of your pet doing something they love on the Southern Downs in the comments below 😁
