At the end of our legume and pulse section we have two great and safe options of gluten free pasta. The buckwheat pasta spirals hold up really well under cooking and only contain two ingredients 50/50 rice flour and buckwheat flour. The other option is quinoa elbows with rice flour, potato starch, tapioca starch, maize flour and quinoa flour. Both good options if you are after gluten free for your pasta meals coming into the colder weather.

We are hoping soon to be able to supply locally grown pre-ordered certified organic fruit and veg boxes from the regions very first certified organic grower. Until then if you love lime we have limes from our beautiful friend Kate who sells her certified organic limes and other produce at the Mullum and New Brighton Farmers Markets. Love to see the super healthy locally grown limes on the shelf….
