✨ The week that was at Adventist Senior Living Alstonville ✨
What a fun-filled week it’s been ☀️💛 From competitive Hoy and Scrabble games to laughs with balloons and parachute fun, our residents enjoyed plenty of connection and good times together.
There was also relaxing sensory time soaking up the sunshine by the window, our famous Tuesday Ice Cream Cart 🍦 and wonderful entertainment from Bruce Worrall and David Reeves 🎶
Lots of smiles, laughter and friendship all round 😊

A fun-filled week of laughter, connection, active games, Garden Group, sunshine chats with a cuppa ☀️, Scrabble, and our much-loved Tuesday Ice Cream Cart and Thursday Concert with David Reeve to name a few🍦🎤
Today we also had a Mother's Pamper Morning and to top it all off a Sing-along Mother's Day with Htee & friends enjoyed by all 🎶💐

Today we had a hilarious Kath & Kim dress-up day, with staff bringing their best “look at moi” moments to life! 💄👠 The laughs were non-stop, and our residents had an absolute ball enjoying all the fun and fabulous outfits. What a great day!

Rob, Grif and Makena were our prize winners of the day🏆

Today we held an ANZAC Day reflection and morning tea in the chapel.

A special thank you to Christopher, our Chaplain, for leading a meaningful service, and to our staff and residents for coming together to honour the fallen.

💐 The week that was at Adventist Senior Living
Our residents enjoyed a wonderful week filled with connection and fun. Activities included Scrabble and Euchre groups, a bus trip to Woodburn for morning tea, our regular Physiotherapy Group with Margie, the much-loved Tuesday Ice Cream Cart 🍨, and sensory cooking making pancakes 🥞—just to name a few.

🫶 What a fun-filled week at Adventist Senior Living! Residents enjoyed songs of praise at Chapel, got creative with flower arranging, soaked up the sunshine on a bus trip to Evans Head, treated themselves to the much-loved Tuesday Ice Cream Cart, and topped it off with a lively game of Hoy 🍨✨
