While the leaderboard isn’t officially confirmed yet, Taj has come 6th in his age group and the top 8 will be invited — and we couldn’t be prouder. The hard work, consistency, and commitment has been next level 💥

🔥 GAMES SEASON IS HERE, CENTAURS! 🔥

The Open is IN FULL SWING — 1 of 3 workouts down — and the energy in the gym is already next level 👏🔥

Which means one thing…

Games season is officially upon us!

One of the biggest events on the Australian CrossFit calendar — Torian Pro — is happening the weekend of 22nd May, and we are READY. 💪🏽

For those who don’t know, Torian Pro is the premier CrossFit semifinal event in Oceania. It’s where the fittest athletes from across Australia, New Zealand and the region battle it out for their shot at the CrossFit Games. It’s elite-level fitness, big-stage moments, and the kind of atmosphere that gives you goosebumps.

This year, we’re hoping to send a few of our very own CrossFit Centaur Valor athletes to step onto that floor 🤞🏽 — and no matter what, a big crew of us are heading down to watch, support, and soak up the inspiration from the best in our community and country.

If you’ve never experienced a live event like this… it hits different. You’ll leave fired up, motivated, and proud to be part of this sport.

🎟 Tickets are released at the end of this week — so keep your eyes peeled and let’s organise a Centaur takeover.
👕 And yes… we’ll be dropping a limited edition CrossFit Centaur Valor Torian tee, just like last year — but updated and even better. Fresh design. Same Centaur pride. These will be limited, so keep an eye out for pre-orders soon.

The 2026 CrossFit Open is here this week guys 🔥

It’s that time of year again… when the whole community rallies together, when we throw down, cheer louder than ever, and test the fitness we’ve been building all year.

The CrossFit Open is for EVERYONE. All abilities. All ages. All levels. Whether you’re chasing a PB, doing your first Open workout, or just showing up to give it a crack — this is what community is all about.

💥 Friday Night Lights
🕟 Arrive from 4:30pm
⏰ 5:00pm first heat kicks off
Heats will run throughout the arvo until we’ve all had our chance to test our fitness.

Crew — let us know if you’re coming so we can organise heats and judges.

Families — we want you there. Kids, partners, friends… come hang out, bring the noise, soak up the vibe.

Past members & followers — consider this your official invite. Come workout. Come cheer. Come be part of it again. The doors are open.

This week isn’t about perfection.

At CrossFit Centaur Valor, we’ve never really cared what you look like when you walk through the door.
We care about who you’re becoming when you walk out.

Because muscles fade. Abs come and go.
But character? That’s built rep by rep.

Every tough session.
Every early alarm.
Every day you show up when you didn’t feel like it.
Every time you choose the heavier bar, the extra round, the uncomfortable thing.

That’s where the real growth happens.

Consistency.
Tenacity.
Longevity.
Doing hard things on purpose.

These aren’t just training principles — they’re life skills.

CrossFit teaches you how to stay calm when your lungs are burning,
how to keep moving when things get uncomfortable,
