REALLY looking forward to returning to Melbourne again after a full two years break. With so many interruptions, lock downs and two weeks home isolation after last time in July 2020, I have waited until I can return with ease.
It has given me the space to consolidate my practice here, Alstonville Remedial Massage which has been fantastic. Looking ahead, I'm not sure on what frequency I will visit Melbourne - it will largely depend on demand, so please reach out and get in touch if you feel that I can support.

This involves a process of re-building habits and behaviours to be based on what is loving and self-supportive and conversely, letting go of what is not.
