Receptionist | Medical assistant
Casual position initially while training, with a view to a permanent part-time job if preferred.
We are looking for a part-time medical receptionist | medical assistant to work in a beautiful private medical centre in Alstonville, Northern NSW.
We have an Ophthalmologist (Eye Specialist), Psychologist, and Sonographer working here.
You will work 22.5 hours a week on average. The days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 9 am to 5 pm, but there is room for flexibility. We also need flexibility to fill in for holidays and sick leave.
No formal experience is needed, but you must enjoy working with people and have computer skills, as you will work on 3 different software systems.
The role includes: answering phones, greeting clients, booking appointments and operations, billing, helping with eye testing, helping clients with paperwork, cleaning and whatever else is required to keep the centre looking gorgeous and running smoothly.
