Happy Mountain Happy Mountain is a yoga studio where members of the community come together to find balance and wellness of the whole Self.

A peaceful haven to connect with one another, and within; to experience strength, empowerment, resilience, and inner peace. We offer Flow..(based on qigong, tai chi, yoga, pilates, to music), Yin Yoga, Dancing in the dark, Silent Meditation Sitting, Online Zoom class, Private classes, Reiki, QYM (qigong, yin, meditation) class, Pranayama classes.

Our Story

Welcome to Happy Mountain, situated in a cosy room in Wollongbar. This is a space for the community to come together with a focus on the wellbeing of body, mind, and soul. Classes include Happy Mountain Flow, Yin Yoga, Grounded Yoga, and Beginner’s Yoga. Currently offering some online classes. Sacred Sound Immersion held on the full moon each month. This year, 2020, we celebrate 20 years of classes in Alstonville. Our intention is to keep learning and growing, providing everyone with a safe and comfortable place to recharge, let go, and relax.
