The windpipe is a long tube connecting the voice box to the lungs 🫁

Air that you inhale flows through the windpipe, where warmth and moisture are added before it heads to the lungs 🫁😮‍💨

Exercise time: Bicep curl!

Time for a quick exercise break! Find your hand weights or grab a couple tins of baked beans.

1. Stand with a weight (or can) in each hand
2. Rest your elbows at your sides with your forearms bent in front of you.
3. Bring the weight up to your shoulders by bending your elbows.
4. Reverse back down.

Repeat x 3 sets of 15.

If it feels too easy, move on to heavier weights next time! 💪💪💪
