Lacrosse ball Restock

Lacrosse balls are so useful for addressing tight muscles and improving mobility! They’re better than tennis balls because they’re the same size and shape but they’re made out of rubber, so they don’t get soft over time. They’re not like cricket balls because of their smooth surface and don’t have a seam.

They’re great in addressing your rotator cuff muscles, glutes and quads! And now, they come in four different colours!
