With over 15 years’ experience, Noel brings a wealth of knowledge, care, and heart to every treatment.

From working in local gyms and chiropractic clinics to supporting athletes at the Altona Football Club, helping bushfire victims and volunteering in Vietnam - Noel’s career has been defined by service, community, and deep respect for the people he treats.

His specialties include deep tissue, sports massage, trigger point therapy, pregnancy massage, and remedial massage. He works with a huge range of clients - from marathon runners and AFL players to elderly clients and pregnant mums.

Had the chance to team up with the crew at BFT Altona North to support their athletes prepping for HYROX .

We set up an on-site treatment station to keep everyone feeling fresh, mobile and ready to perform. Huge shoutout to the team — their facility, coaching and community vibe are next level. Always a pleasure working with high-performing spaces like this. Looking forward to the next one! 💪🏼

We’ll re-open as normal on Monday January 6th.
