Revive Physiotherapy and Pilates was born out of a strong desire to positively impact the lives of every person we meet. With every treatment, we will use a combination of manual and exercise based techniques with the aim of reducing pain and improving range of motion, as well as providing you with the information and means to better understand and manage your condition. Our physiotherapists are not only fully qualified, but also hold post-graduate qualifications. This enables us to provide you with the highest quality care and advice. At Revive Physiotherapy and Pilates we pride ourselves on remaining up to date with the latest research through ongoing education, to provide you with the most current, evidenced-based treatment techniques available. At Revive Physiotherapy and Pilates, our goal is to provide a warm, family friendly atmosphere to support you on your road to recovery, and to assist you through all stages of life.

Meet Lyndon, the newest member of the Revive Physio family! 💪🏼

With a unique background in strength and conditioning and experience coaching national-level powerlifting athletes, Lyndon brings something special to our clinic. As a physiotherapist, he’s passionate about helping you overcome pain and return to doing what you love.

Whether you’re recovering from surgery, dealing with sports injuries, or managing everyday aches, Lyndon’s got you covered! He particularly enjoys treating neck, shoulder, back, hip, knee and ankle conditions.

When he’s not in the clinic, you’ll find him training in the gym, travelling the world in search of the best Korean BBQ, or hanging out with golden retrievers! 🐕
