Our Story
Life presents us with many challenges which shape who we are today. After achieving my own goals with the help of a mentor and personal trainer, I was inspired to help others. I knew that with a holistic approach to health and fitness was the way to go. I had a great toolkit to help other people achieve their goals in the same way that I had been helped by others.
Since completing my training I have worked with a range of clients; covering weight loss, general health and fitness, strength and conditioning. I have also worked with allied health professionals such as osteopaths and physiotherapists to help people suffering from back pain – a common ailment amongst those of us who work in an office during the week.

Matt brings a holistic approach to personal training; working with clients of all ages to achieve the right mindset to achieve your health and fitness goals. Training sessions are tailored to each client’s needs, whilst keeping a focus on having fun.
